We emphasize dimensional precision investment castings, surface finishes, exact material specifications, and part or full elimination of machining and finishing operations.
This process reduces scrap rate due to a higher-integrity, closer-to-tolerance parts, and promotes longer tool life in any machine operation due to a lower inclusion of minimal casting defects, design flexibility, or the ability to combine two parts into one casting. Tolerances of +/- 0.15 mm per every 25 mm is the standard.
Trident Steels is serving the diverse needs of the engineering industry with products such as valves, pumps, automobile, and general engineering materials.
Trident Steels handles a wide variety of metals such as Stainless Steels, heat-resistant steels, wear-resistant steels, etc. We produce a Stainless Steels Investment Casting in all common alloys that conform to major standards.
